Staying on track regardless of the fact that I havenât seen a weight drop in over 2 weeks. ?? My current routine consists of lifting 5x per week + 5 days of cardio (either 20min HIIT on the stairmaster or highest incline on the treadmill) along with tracking macros. Discipline has been so important at this point. I love getting hyped and watching motivational videos like anyone else but honestly somedays when you feel like crap, when you donât like what you see in the mirror, you just have to say âFu*k itâ and JUST GO DO THE THING. Donât give yourself time to decide otherwise. At least thatâs what works for me. ?ââï¸
