Met another Alien today!!! Heath came down from upstate New York and we got after it with a killer chest workout which I just dropped on my IG. Btw, next YouTube bulk vs shred life epi dropping tomorrow! Itâs been the coolest thing having people who follow my YouTube & IG hit me up to come lift.
