Lately I have been lifting for strength. I bench the bar with 45âs (135lbs) for warm up 20 reps and then I do sets of 5X5 flat bench press with 215lbs. Iâm used to doing 7-13 reps per set, so Iâm trying out the low rep ranges of 1-5 reps for strength gains.
