throwback Thursday

Throwback Thursday. All bodies should be praised loved and accepted but for me when my weight caused me pain suffering and stood in the way of my living life because I started to not be mobile or sit in a plane seat or carnival ride or even buy a basic button down shirt at a regular clothes store or even sit at a booth at a restaurant then I knew I had to make a change. Love yourself but if your situation is not letting you live the life you want to live then take control and control what you can. Peace.
