Itâs been a long year for deadlifts. I hurt myself almost a year ago falling while roller skating, and it completely destroyed forward progress in lower back and hamstring/hip work. I have stayed as patient as I could (without having the money to pay for rehab or physical therapy) and finally today feel like form and strength are back where they were a year ago. Time to reclaim my old max and push for a new one.... gradually. :)
