Heavies day: flat bench, incline, decline, dips, incline butterflies. Three days later is concentration day: cable flies, dips, cross chest curls, machine seated butterflies, single arm press, some form of weighted bar chest press. Above all itâs technique, real good full motions to stretch and contract the muscle. This is the only way to develop full round pecks. You cheat on the movement you cheat on the growth and shape.
