This week I skipped a Monday and Tuesday workout. I know Mondays sets the tone for the week but my body was tired. I felt so guilty for not going. It was a rough start. However, no matter how rough my week started, I made it to the gym today. Today was shoulders, I added two more sets to each of my workouts bc I was not feeling the burn, the pains and the gains.
