Lowest Body Fat % Iâve been in about 2 years..

This is the first time I legitimately feel like âmyselfâ again. Itâs hard when people know you as the fit person and then you go and put on a bit of weight post-competition. Not that I went crazy or anything, I purposely reversed dieted but eventually I gave in and I would binge some weeks, this eventually became a regular thing.. THANKFULLY I rarely binge anymore. If I do now itâs more like âawe man I probably didnât need all thatâ but itâs no where near what I used to be like. Currently my goal is to continue to diet but do it SUSTAINABLY. As in, I will track macros/keep my portions in check 80% of the time. But if I want a muffin(my fav sweet food btw) then ima eat a muffin and move on. Yes that makes weight loss slower but fast weight loss is not always the way to go.. (as Iâve learned). This way also prevents the insane cravings you might get even while counting macros. (Sometimes you just want more than 1 slice of pizza). IG/Youtube: sammysamgirl
