Puerto Rican yellow rice with pigeon peas, Bok Choy, and steak and only 1/2 TVs of teriyaki sauce. Itâs all measured to meet my macro and caloric defit needs to lose weight. I canât meal prep. It is highly boring eating the same thing day in and out. Iâve done it before and honestly was not sustainable for me. I cook on a daily basis and sometimes I take left overs and get creative with it just so I wonât throw money away. I believe in creating something that works for you and you like as long as it meets your needs and you are eating the foods that are clean. I do use the fit pal app to help me preplan and figure out my numbers in advance. Itâs a little more work but with it for me. Bon appetit! ?
