I know some of you may hate that skin crawling feeling but I like it and it really helps me fight fatigue off and push out a few more reps and I fatigue easily now since the wreck my muscles need to become stronger and this really has helped me since I can't have caffeine due to my brain injury. I can't have any right now the doctor's say
