Iâve gained some weight and eaten badly (and had more drinks than I should), but still working out every day and still pushing forward. Despite some poor diet and alcohol choices, I have felt stronger, and my performance in the gym has been good when Iâve had the time on weekends. Weekdays have been a challenge due to work, but no excuse. I need a refresh from my push/pull/legs routine - any ideas?
