Interval trained with skips, jacks, tonnes of glutes, threw in some mountain climbers mixed with some knees to elbows, and some core. 2 more spin Sundays left and then I can ditch that class and do my own Sundayâs again. ?? #idowhatiwant #nohairandmakeupsessionshere ?
