This was the bar before my last set of Deadlifts tonight on Shortcut To Size 3-5 reps. 250 pounds. My last STS 3-5 workout on late November I got 3 reps. Tonight I got all 5 and probably could have done six if I was shooting for failure. SUCCESS!
