one life
OVERALL RATING
Vacation hasnât taken away the ab gains yet !!! Lol but for real, a 3 day trip to Florida turned into a 5 day trip due to flight cancellations and I havenât tracked macros or calories once since Iâve been here. Mainly due to the fact that my grandpa is amazing and loves making food for the fam and I. Canât say no to grandpa! I didnât anticipate an extra 2 days of not eating healthy, but I did plan for the 3 days. For me, if Iâm OVERLY strict with dieting then it makes it a much harder and stressful process than it has to be. I allow myself a lot of food freedom on trips like this because first off, Iâm not taking them all the time but also because it keeps me mentally in it. Iâm so pumped up to be back in Boston (well not thrilled about leaving the warm Florida weather :p) and get after it with my nutrition and gym goals. Sometimes people let a few days of bad eating destroy them. To me, itâs more motivation because I had my fun but I know what my goals are and what I need to do to reach them. Iâm chasing the best physique of my life. Itâs gonna be grind time to get as shredded as possible for the Arnold when Iâm at the Dissident booth getting to meet a bunch of you Aliens! Vacation doesnât need to be a setback. Although a setback may be a setup for a comeback, I donât believe itâs a setback. Itâs just all part of the process and a way to keep it a sustainable one. Never forget that physical health is just part of wellness, you need your mental health too. Enjoy life, you only get one! Now letâs get these gainsss aww yeahhh !!!
