#BBcomChallengeSeries Weekly challenge number #2. How do I battle fatigue? Fatigue is not only hard trying to start up in these challenges but also after not training as hard and on a regular basis as I did on the past. I have to keep myself on track and take care of my body to not get overworked or overwhelmed. Need to get plenty of sleep, try to keep my nutrition on point, drink plenty of my water to stay hydrated and take the rest days when they are well needed. Not only will all these things help with fatigue but also help my body transform as I want it to.
