Week 1 Challenge
WEEK ONE CHALLENGE Who is your support team? 1.) Family - As a Mom I am leaning on family to pitch in on some Mom duties ... 2.) Friends - My friends are always supportive and positive. 3.) My trainer Diron Bates! This guy is kicking my butt ... I am learning so much and working out harder than ever before. 4.) Random Bodyspace members - Itâs a unique and cool feeling to see a random stranger you have never met offer a word of encouragement. Iâm so humbled when I see posts in response to one of mine. Itâs very motivating and makes for a supportive environment beyond my little world. I also get satisfaction seeing others post and also offering my support. Something about the warm and fuzzy nature of this type of camaraderie that is very supportive.
