Throwback from October prep back in 2016 from my IFBB pro debut. Lunchtime at Labrada HQ gym getting in my cardio. Had to do whatever it took to get down to a low bodyfat level. Learned a lot about myself during that prep with a crazy schedule. Block scheduling was key and is what I teach in my coaching.
