25 Crazy Minutes of cardio LOL ? This HIIT workout included those brief bursts of high-intensity exercise where I died LOL It was followed by short periods of rest or lower intensity movements which felt the same to me LOL ? Good thing I took some preworkout or I would have never survived. I am doing random workouts to up my cardio and continue to shred while having fun. I was thinking way back ten years ago when I was over 250 pounds. I wouldnât have completed 25 minutes. I would have rang the bell ? My mind and body are more focused and disciplined then a decade ago. I wonât go back. Failure is not an option. #fitgrandpaonajourney #fitguyonajourney #hiitworkout
