The nutrition piece of the equation is key. I had a 1 on 1 call with one of my clients today and he wants to lose that last bit of bodyfat. . I asked him why he thought he was plateaued and he admitted it was his diet/nutrition. It was not consistent. If you really want to make a difference in your physique, it comes to your diet/nutrition and how consistent you can be. This is not about being perfect but consistent.
