weekly accountibility

Lost 6 pounds last week. My holiday weight gain. I know I sound like a broken record but I’m still waiting for my brain to switch over and see and FEEL like the man on the left. I was overweight for over 40 years and when you look in the mirror that long and see the same man everyday it’s hard to see him differently. It still keeps me from getting out there and having fun and meeting people. 4 years ago my goal was to be healthier happier and ME. I just need to work more on the happier part of that plan. Thanks for letting me share. Seeing posts of self assured confident people like yourselves really inspires me. Strong hearts and strong physiques.
