OVERALL RATING
As I work today doing some things I havenât had a chance to get too I stopped for a moment to ponder. I always pray I make a difference in peopleâs lives. I donât just want to clock in and clock out. I want to impact people in a positive way. For leaders, vision sets direction for their lives. I have always had a goal in mind to achieve each day at work. It's like having a road map. Itâs like using your built in GPS that keeps you aware of your surroundings. It prioritizes both action and values, helps me as a leader to remain focused. And it creates passion. I want people to feel my passion for the place I work. How I act should light a fire within others I work with and meet as guests that can spread like a fire ?. So I challenge you tonight to not just be average or put in a subpar day. Be epic. Change the world around you by being uplifting and positive. I pray that when people connect with me they will desire to pay forward my energy and encouragement.
