Doing intermittent fasting with keto! I eat from 2-6pm! This is two organic scrambled eggs with 2 tsp of ghee, spinach, tomatoes, bell peppers, and steak with half an avocado and 3 strawberries! Iâm having black coffee with hemp butter added for extra fat! Very delicious with a net carb of 3.1g and fat content of 60g! Yummy!
