Back, shoulders, glutes, biâs, triâs, core. Decent switch up to my body bar. ?? Some days I canât even believe I went to the gym so much. I learned tonnes and it was something to do when I wanted people around for a study break. Sorry, nothing beats chillinâ with my morning cup, then heading downstairs to train instead of getting ready and commuting ? I can train in my jammies or in the buff if I really want if I donât feel like wearing stupid gear, lol. All my equipment is paid for and has lasted years with many more to come. That is all. Train safe and keep at it my fit friends ?
