# MOOD 2:41 AM â°... What a difference a Month makes! The increase in body fat/water weight about 10 lbs over that span and an increase in facial hair over a 2 Week span! ???? Weighing about 171.8 -174.1 pounds depending on Morning or Night! The Goal is about 175-178 Morning/Night Weight, then I will maintain from there a few months before going back into Prep mode! My goal for 2019 is to do 3 shows and have the BEST CONDITIONING I have ever graced a stage with by the last one! If I pull it off, I just might leave my number on stage and call it a career!
