I can't help but laugh at the number of useless programs that people scam others with. Even if 1 person see's this it will be worth it. "Double progression method"...Learn this. Practice this. This is your key for progress. Not "crazy arm blaster" workouts. Exhaust this method for as long as possible. (Rep scheme can be changed) (Ran predominantly on big 3 movements) It will get hard & boring. It will test your desire to progress. But it will also work!
