throwback thursday

Throwback Thursday. When I look at the guy on the left I remember how sheltered and unhappy he was. He only worked and ate. That wasn’t so long ago. The man on the right still struggles with not falling back into old patterns. Some days are better than others. The loss of my brother and mother in death was my wake up cal. I just keep reminding myself nothing in life is easy but the rewards you get from taking care of YOU make life so much more enjoyable and livable.
