Starting to see veins never been seen before. Muscle starting to pop and some striations. Going to do fasted cardio every Monday/wed/Friday and throw in a hiit sesh. More greens instead of carbs here and there, might take a more keto-esk approach. See how it goes. I donât care about looking flat skeleton like, but I donât need carbs when I have all this body fat still on my body. Facts
