This off season I've added casein protein and a "weight gainer" to my diet to simplify getting the protein and carbs I need to grow. It's working after 7 weeks. I haven't taken a weight gainer in years but am managing the intake to minimize fat gain. Right now I am taking 6 scoops of Whey, 1 Casein and 1/2 scoop of Serious Mass split breakfast, 9 AM, 3 PM, during training and post workout. Totals are 1,150 calories, 175 G protein, 88 g carbs and 9 fat
