Second workout complete. Always good to lift weights and do some HIIT cardio. Itâs very easy to focus on yesterday and beat yourself up for a bad workout or a mistake at work. Been there. Done that. Just as you should keep your focus off yesterday, you shouldnât have it on tomorrow. If youâre always thinking about tomorrow, then youâll never get anything done today. As leaders, we need to realize that we cannot change yesterday. We also cannot count on tomorrow. However, we can choose what we do today. We are in control of the present and the present only.
