Fitness is a lifestyle. For most people, itâs a change of their lifestyle. That doesnât mean you need to change the things you love about life though. Everything is a balance. Unless you have a bodybuilding, physique, or bikini show coming up, being overly strict can oftentimes be the reason you donât stick with the fitness lifestyle. When you find that balance that allows you to stay disciplined, motivated and progressing with your fitness goals while also enjoying the process, thatâs sustainability. Iâm gonna go out and have beers with my friends sometimes. Iâm going to have that pizza here and there. Too frequently in fitness we think just physically when more often than not itâs the mentality that holds us back. All in all, make sure youâre moving forward toward your goal, but make sure to enjoy the process to the best of your ability so all that satisfaction when getting there, also stays and builds from there. We in this for the long term!!
