This is my weekly accountability. I do a throwback Thursday but I also so a weekly accountability picture. I get up Saturday morning and take a picture. So many ask me how did I lose weight. I never gave up any of my favorites unless it was because of an allergy. I just made smarter choices. Iâd probably have washboard ABS if I just ate chicken breast, tuna, sweet potatoes and protein shakes but I really like food. So if I have dinner I have one roll and one bowl of stew even if I want another. I go to Burgerville and I have one cheeseburger not two. Starbucks I get a reduced fat turkey bacon sandwich. 210 calories. I just ask myself, âdo I really need that?â Stay away from potlucks at work. Just sensible food choices. I cheat a little on the weekend. I walk one hour on the treadmill Monday through Friday. I lift weights for muscle. its all about what I want. I want to someday take my shirt off in public. I still am not there yet. That is my goal. And I never forget it.
