Kicking butt in the gym and my appetite and metabolism are raging. Had a pretty big breakfast this morning before leg night later on. Ground turkey, leftover pork Roast from my pot Roast of a few days ago, whole wheat toast, honeydew, russet potato( Walmart ran out of reds(GRRR!), whey protein and water. 500 calories, 57 grams protein, 39 carbs and 13 fat.
