Tried something new ... low weights and high reps on my chest/back superset. I didn't do pull ups but tried pull downs. I'm trying to get that "Y" shape to my back. Can't seem to figure out how to do that. It might be the way I'm built. (smh) Got a good pump out of it (thank you Glycotrix!) Still need to lose the lard. Oh ... and the Fair is in town and I'm blowing the diet tomorrow! Have an awesome evening, Fit Fam!
