During training, I like working with a mirror in front of me. Ya know, give myself the psycho eyes, tough talk myself, hype up, the usual. On the platform during a meet, instead the mirror is a crowd full of hype. It’s crazy though, because it’s like I don’t see anyone. Black out focused in the zone. Can’t wait to be on that level.
