Chest and Back Day --- Tired, but Made it!

Still catching up from the vacation. Did a killer delt/traps routine last night ... should have rested today ... should have done legs today. But my mind was on the chest and back. Well, folks ... I've gone back to supersets ... they work really well for me and my body seems to respond to them well. Trying something different (at least with the chest): Two sets of high weight/low reps; one set of low weight/high reps. I seem to get a pretty good pump from the last set. I was tired today, though, so I didn't push as hard as I normally do. Chest still needs some work; back looks ok ... just need to get rid of the "hate" handles! =:>O Have an awesome day, Fit Fam!
