My meal prep set up every single morning, weekends included, I'm basically a machine at this point. I timed myself once I started back into a commercial gym to see exactly how much time I would need to prepare my meals before work. 40 minutes exactly. There's one thing I discovered about myself during the process, I executed a lot of wasted movements when it came to daily tasks, including this one. Wasted movement can be a major part of our lives when it comes to something as simple as taking a shower. Back tracking, half stepping and standing still. Mindfulness is not a destination but a choice and a constant pathway to growth. I personally love to view myself as a subject to consistently study. I prefer to always remain deep, stroke this life with all the passion a man like me can possess. Nothing feels the same in comparison. HHD.
