My quads have been extra sore lately due to all my volume training. Herbstrong recovery cream has been an absolute life saver. It’s full spectrum hemp oil extract. I’ve been rubbing the cream on my quads almost every night to help alleviate tightness and enhance muscle recovery. The nights I don’t, I notice a huge difference in soreness.
