If you want to help tighten your waist with an exercise, vacuums are one of the best in my opinion. Buying stupid waist slimmers donât do anything but constrict your organs, displace fluid temporarily, while simultaneously weakening your core. Vacuums also have the benefit of being able to progress as you gain more control. Start by laying on your back, think about trying to pull your belly button to your spine, hold for time. Once you can hold that for 1min progress to being on your hands and knees doing the same thing, since youâre fighting gravity its harder. The next progression is standing up. Give it a shot daily and see how your core starts to feel better.
