So I made it a goal to consistently train upper body after neglecting it for timeeee & Iâm shocked at how quick Iâm seeing results. It also feels nice to not feel completely dead after every workout considering Iâd train legs n glutes HARD whenever I wasnât too sore ? got into the routine of doing just the things I felt comfortable with .. but lately stepping out of that comfort zone to challenge myself. Iâve always trained solo so sometimes it can feel intimidating but not anymore ?? hope you are all crushing your goals !! ?
