It's not just the lean protein sources such as chicken breast or egg whites. You need to add natural carb sources such as brown rice and some fibrous carb say green vegetables or salad and don't forget to add good fat sources such as nuts and fatty fish. I suggest coconut or extra virgin olive oil for cooking. That's how you have to balance all 5-6 or more meals.
