Arm day: I always start my arm day with squats to elevate my testosterone levels as much as possible. 6-10 sets at 20-30reps I super set EVERYTHING French press with ez curl bar 5x 8-12 reps Arm blaster Ez curl bar 5x 8-12reps Rope push downs on knees 5x 8-12 reps Decline seated dumbbell curls 5x 8-12reps Overhead cable press 5x 8-12reps Alternating Spider dumbbell curls 5x 8-12reps per side Laying incline dumbbell kickbacks 5x 8-12reps Cable hammer curls 5x 8-12reps 30 mins sauna ??ââï¸ and stretching ??ââï¸
