1.) chips. (I noticed Iâve been snacking on these lately here and there). 2.) other than my kids Bday camping trip Iâll try for every 2 weeks for a cheat meal (so this will depend). 3.) Im usually pretty good, but... no more staff room goodies! I donât care if theyâre cool ideas anymore! Lol I will hopefully get inspired to start making my own cool ideas perhaps. 4.) Stronger glutes... always trying for that. ??ââï¸ 5.) Flexibility to prevent more damage to my tendons & ligaments.
