Wow it's hot here in the UK. Reached up to 36 C this week. Training has been tough in this heat, I've been drinking so much yet feel so tired and dehydrated. Taken today off work after hitting back this morning and I shall be spending the afternoon in a pub garden with my mates. Ooh and I love having a tan ???
