If you want to lose 6.5 pound in one week without giving up booze or going to the gym I can tell you how I did it. 1) I kept a fitness and nutrition journal. I wrote down everything I ate and whether or not I did strength training or cardio. I did not do any cardio this week. I did yoga for strength training, but only twice in the week. 2) I kept a journal of thoughts and reflections. These writings are short. 1,000 characters only. The topics varied. They do not need to be about fitness or weight loss. My focus is on lifestyle. What kind of life do I want to lead? 3) Meditation.
