Waited 3 weeks to weigh in and check again. Bottom line: cutting carbs from 3-5% intake to virtually zero helped. Taking vitamin instead for nutrients works (tested vitamin levels via blood work). Veggies not required, fruit def. unnecessary although wasnt having it before. Eating 1 meal every other day of all high fat seafood with cardio and intense training next day helped. My biggest fail which slowed progress previously was eating vegetables and eating slightly too much on one meal a day each day. Also protein powder whey not necessary at all. Ditched all supplements. Too much protein in liquid form can break ketosis.
