Back in powerlifting

After shoulder and elbow injury from MMA training, my powerlifting was put on hold. Now, that im nearly recovered thanks to 1,5-2 hours of deep tissue massage and weekly HOT YOGA sessions, im back in low reps/heavy weights workouts. Did 265 x 5 reps with ease on my last set. No pain so far. Good times are ahead ??
