Today was back day. Pullups, straight arm push downs, chin-ups, chin up holds with hanging leg raises, and some pullups. It wasnât the best back day, but Iâm pleased with how I feel. Still weighing in too heavy... but last night was a surprise pizza night that really threw me off the good eating train. Back on today! :)
