Again... short time... but I needed some leg time. So the workout was straightforward and aggressive. Loaded a squat bar with a moderate amount of weight (185), and just did sets to failure supersetted w dumbbell shoulder presses. Added a few sets of hanging leg raises and dead hangs to allow for some pressure release in my spine and some focus on the core. Half an hour later Iâm pumped, sweaty and ready to go. (Also, Iâm better prepared food wise for the day, so hopefully that will help my attitude towards my weight, too. )
