For a quick workout (really ... I wanted more time, but couldn't pull it), I got a good pump. Did my basics: Tricep pushdowns/bench curls; Skull crushers/barbell curls; dips/reverse barbell curls. I then added a burnout of single lightweight single arm cable tris with single arm cable standing curls 40x2. Got a great pump, but it didn't show up well on these photos. However ... I took photos with measurement ... (next photo)
