Over the last 3 months I've lost a total of about 8 pounds..and gained a whole lot of will power and self-discipline. Honestly my biggest tip to anyone is just DON'T QUIT. Don't see progress? Don't quit. Keep going. Messed up your diet one day? Don't quit, keep going. Tired? Not motivated that day? Don't quit, keep GOING. Literally what I repeat all day in my head regardless of progress. Improving self-discipline and forming healthy habits is my goal, progress is just a bonus.
